Stephanie Urban has over 16 years of experience managing teams and businesses in the marketing and digital space. Stephanie is currently the VP of Marketing and eCommerce for the Vince Camuto brand. With full P&L and strategic oversight of the business, she has been able to drive substantial growth and brand awareness. In her previous role as the VP of eCommerce and Marketing for Tarte Cosmetics, she was responsible for overseeing the digital team to develop effective campaigns and seamless digital experiences. She drove domestic and international business growth for with a focus on innovation, enhanced CX, CRM and efficient P&L management.

With a rich background overseeing 360-degree marketing strategies, Stephanie has consistently demonstrated an unparalleled ability to orchestrate campaigns that resonate deeply with target audiences.
